Membership Agreement

1. Parties and subject

This agreement is made between Fazilet Aslan As Tekstil Toptan Tic. Ve San. Ltd. Şti. ("Fazilet Aslan"), the operator of faziletaslan.com, and the person who registers on the site (the "Member"), to set out the terms of membership. The Member accepts it by confirming the registration form.

2. Membership

Membership is free. A member must be at least 18 years old and give accurate, current information. One account may be opened per e-mail address. The Member is responsible for the security of the account and password and must report unauthorised use to info@faziletaslan.com without delay.

3. What membership offers

The Member can follow orders and shipments, save addresses, keep a wishlist, ask for stock alerts and reach the agreements they approved from their account. Shopping is also possible without an account.

4. The Member's obligations

The Member agrees to use the site lawfully, not to act with another person's details, not to use software or methods that harm the site, and not to copy its content for commercial use without permission.

5. Intellectual property

Images, texts, designs and marks on the site belong to Fazilet Aslan or their owners and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

6. Commercial messages

Campaign and announcement e-mails and text messages are sent only with the Member's separate, explicit consent, which can be withdrawn at any time free of charge.

7. Personal data

The Member's personal data is processed for the purposes and by the methods described in the Privacy Notice.

8. Ending membership

The Member may end the membership at any time by writing to info@faziletaslan.com. Fazilet Aslan may suspend or close the account of a member who breaches this agreement or is found to have given false information. Ending the membership does not affect rights and obligations from completed orders; records with a statutory retention period are kept for that period.

9. Changes and disputes

Fazilet Aslan may amend this agreement; the current text takes effect when published on the site and important changes are announced to members. Turkish law applies; for consumer transactions the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Member's place of residence have jurisdiction.
