Privacy Notice

1. Data controller

Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Fazilet Aslan As Tekstil Toptan Tic. Ve San. Ltd. Şti. (Karakavak Mah. Güngör Cad. No:38B Yeşilyurt/MALATYA) as data controller, to the extent explained below.

2. Personal data processed

  • Identity: name, surname; Turkish ID number for invoicing
  • Contact: e-mail address, phone number, delivery and billing address
  • Customer transactions: orders, payment status, returns and requests
  • Transaction security: IP address, browser details, consent records
  • Marketing (only with your explicit consent): commercial message permission, cookie preferences

We do not process or store your card details; payment takes place on the page of the licensed payment institution iyzico.

3. Purposes

Your data is processed to take and deliver your order, collect and refund payment, issue invoices, provide after-sales support and returns, manage your account, meet legal obligations, ensure transaction security and — only with your explicit consent — send campaigns and announcements.

4. Legal grounds

Processing is based, under Article 5 of KVKK, on necessity for entering into and performing a contract, compliance with the controller's legal obligations (tax, trade and consumer law), establishing or protecting a right, legitimate interest and, for marketing, your explicit consent.

5. Transfers

Limited to the purposes above, your data is shared with iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. for payment, with our contracted carriers (Yurtiçi Kargo, Aras Kargo) for delivery, with e-invoice and accounting providers, with hosting and e-mail providers, and with competent public authorities on request.

6. Collection and retention

Data is collected electronically through the forms on our site, order and account processes and cookies. Order and invoice records are kept for the period required by law (10 years), account data for the life of the account, and commercial message consent records for 3 years after consent is withdrawn; afterwards they are deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is shared with, ask for correction, ask for deletion or destruction under the legal conditions, ask for these to be notified to third parties, object to a result against you arising from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
